12 inch main dash screen is not coming on

We just purchased a 2015 22 VLX wakesetter and the 12 inch main dash screen is not coming on. It was originally coming on & if it went off, we could just turn the batteries off then back on & it would work. Now it’s completely black. The control center is working fine. It’s a one owner boat prior to us with 37 hours so basically a brand new boat. What can we do to fix it?

I'd climb under the helm with a flashlight and start checking cables to verify nothing is disconnected.  After that I'd be calling my nearest dealer.

You can also purchase a 4 ft cat 6e cable to change yours out to see if that fixes it. Cheap try before having to go out on a new screen.

 

One end needs a 90 degree connector.
