 Here.Near the raw water manifold drain tubes.  The underside of these little circular caps seem pushed out. That’s where the water is coming out I think.....

Sounds like a freeze plug pushed out. Can have it welded back in but might have to pull the manifold.

Back in the day freeze plugs were press fit not wielded?

If it is a freeze plug it’s a press fit. A little rap with a dead blow hammer might work to fully seat it. Anymore effort than a rap should probably go to the dealer for warranty. JM2C

Sounds kind of suspect if it is a freeze plug. My M5 has about a 1/2” of paint on the freeze plugs. Who knows if it is a Kung flu boat.
