Split trailer guide pole covers?

I'd like new covers for the guide poles on my overhead lift.  By covers, I mean the foam and nylon covers that go over the guide poles.  On my lift, the lift cables supporting the cradle pass through the center of the guide poles, so I can't install typical trailer guide pole covers without some work to support the cradle and disconnect the cables. 

Is there someone who makes covers with a split down down the side so I can install them without disconnecting the cables?
