That code does indicate a problem with the air fuel sensor in the bank 2 starboard exhaust manifold, but it may be caused by a bigger problem than just a bad sensor.  Water getting into the exhaust from a cracked manifold or a faulty seal at the exhaust pipe flange can cause the sensor to get wet and fail and may damage the catalyst in the exhaust pipe.  It is probably something your dealer should look at.  Indmar service procedure bulletin SP2018-1 covers what to check and how to do it.

A simple DIY diagnostic would be to remove the starboard sensor and change it with the port one and then see if you get the same code or a different one for the suspect sensor that would then be in the port side.  You will need an crowfoot O2 sensor socket to do it like this one:

There are other things that can cause the code, like low fuel pump pressure, a faulty fuel injector, or an exhaust leak.
