Does anyone know if I can just order the mount for the racks? I have a bungee style rack and  am considering upgrading to Skylon which is sold to attach to the existing swivel mount. I would like to potentially keep the bungee racks but move them up on the tower to the higher rack holder. I am not sure if the higher rack would swivel or not. So... A fixed mount may work.

My question: Can you just purchase the mount the racks mount onto? The mount that connects the rack to the tower?
