2008 23lsv Stereo Questions

We have a 2008 23lsv. I have just ordered factory tower cages for some speakers as the original owner didn’t have tower speakers. Will I need another amp to push 2- 8” towers? Or can I use the two stock RF amps?

Second question, is there a way to upgrade the JBL black box to get Bluetooth without ruining the MUX stereo control?

I’m not a big stereo person so can’t answer your question about the amps but surprised you had two amps without any tower speakers.

Before we bypassed the JBL black box, we had a rechargeable Bluetooth adapter connected to the auxiliary input located in the glovebox and it worked well.

Yes, you will need another amp.

The stock 2 are probably split interiors and subwoofer.

Easy to add bluetooth to factory setup.

This is my favorite, but expensive.  Gives you play/pause/skip functionality on the knob.  https://www.wetsounds.com/product/WW-BT-VC-V2

Some are RCA input, some are headphone jack, but easy to convert back and forth if you need to.

Lots of cheaper ones, like this, if you want to save the money.  But i'd opt for the control.
