Bent propeller

Recommended Posts

I bent my prop up today, while idling in a shallow area.  I hit the only rock in the vicinity, and bent two of the four fins.  Does anybody know what prop comes stock on my boat?  2006 Moomba Mobius LSV.

I'm happy with the performance, so I'd like to replace with the same part number if it's available.

A good prop place can fix even the worst damage. Could be any of a couple options. Best bet is to check the stamped numbers on the back of the prop. Should have something similar to: 1235 prop model #, Acme in this case and 14.25 x 14.5 the size diameter and pitch of the prop. Hope this helps if not call the OEM and they will get you taken care of. It was Acme on my 2006 Moomba OBV.

Boat is on the lift, so can't check P/N yet.  But I just went ahead and ordered an ACME 1847 based on the recommendation from Nettle props.  I'm hoping this will end up being an upgrade.
