App for tracking maintenance on vehicles?

What does everyone use to track maintenance on vehicles?  For the past 10 or so years I have used Car Minder, but I am now getting a message that it won't be available any longer with the new iOS update.

I've looked at Fuelly, which looks great for tracking MPG, but I like Car Minder as it will let you know when it is time to rotate tires, change oil, fuel filters, and anything else you like to track.

I keep a small ledger book to track daily use, so I keep fuel and repair costs in the book as well.  I transcribe the book to a spreadsheet every year for tax purposes so I can write expenses against my business income.  The thing I like about a book is that it is easy to flip through pages by month and see what happened.  I also like that anyone can use it.  The only thing I don't like about a book is that the pen always seems to disappear whenever you are truly in a hurry to write and go.

Somehow, keeping a book and expecting my wife to write the date and miles in/out is enough to keep her from driving the truck.  Whenever I get in her car to drive, I instinctively look for the book to write in.

I use CarFax. It coincides with any dealer service work or other shops who upload  service performed.
