I store mine in a climate controlled indoor facility in AZ.  Shortly, I will be building my own RV garage on my new property, but I will say, the facility I use is always at capacity and they are making bank.  

In AZ, if your boat/rv/trailer, etc. isn't indoors, the sun is going to eat it up in no time.  My boat is a 2005, but looks new, because its well maintained and always been inside.

Great side hustle if you can do it.
