Kicker KMTC11 Tower speakers. G3 Tower

Installed a pair of kicker kmtc11 on my 2012 Malibu 23lsv with G3 tower and the fit great and sound awesome. 
 

bought them factory refurbished and got them less than rev 10 cost and love the mounts on these. They also tuck very well and hang down much less than the 6x9 quad factory setup did. These pair are louder and clearer than the 4 6x9 wet sounds speakers that were in the boat before and look much better also. Mid bass is great for an hlcd horn loaded speaker. Built in Leds  looks great. I wired them white and put them on my interior lights so they are touch screen controlled.

I have a pair of the KMTC11 i'm looking to install on a 2011 2011 247 lsv . Is there anything you'd change about your install? Did you run new wires or use the existing? I'm confused how the existing wiring was completed. My factory setup utilizes a 2 channel amp for 8 speakers.
