Keep them both I say!
Not only does she ski, she can probably even drive ....

When we lived at the lake with the course, she drove for me regularly and does so quite well.

She's a show skier specializing in swivel skiing.  While she's no longer active in show skiing, she enjoys swivel and slalom still.  She's not interested in running the course, but she is interested in maintaining her swivel skills.  As such, she's apprehensive about getting rid of the RLXi.

Swivel skiers never leave the wake though right?  Slalom, obviously a different story.  Has she slalomed behind the LSV?

I showed my wife Perfect Pass this winter and she thought it was stupid, and questioned me for doubting her driving skills.  If only we could agree on patio furniture....

Correct.  However we don't yet have the LSV in our possession.  It just arrived in MI 2 weeks ago.  Based on what our 22 VLX looked like at swivel speeds, I say it's a no go.

I believe the first thread about this lxi was how do you buy it without your other half finding out, or something like that... and now this thread is about maybe selling it and your better half wants to keep it... I think you should keep it. Just sayin. :Tease3:

@Slayer my 2 cents says, try the slalom club for a year, learn to live it, and then sell me your Lxi.  Then we can keep one on the local lake..... you know it will look great next to ours.

And 4 boats is not too many.... ask me how i know.

@Michigan boarder - HA, my better half said exactly the same thing.  A few years later when I forgot to turn it on she complained about having to hold speed.  I laughed my a** of when I reminded her she didn’t want it at first.  She checked to make sure it was on every time after that.  You won’t regret the investment.

I wish *I* had your first world problem.  The kids really want a surf boat, but for me, maintaining two boats is enough already.  I'me tempted to buy into a boatshare for a couple weeks each year when they coome to the lake.  Wifey and I slalom and that is it.

Shoot me a message if you want some time on a surf boat in Kelowna. Boat clubs are great for what they are but you really need to use it a lot for it to be cheaper than a Wakesurf schools hourly rate.
