It’s teal wood, and I need the peice that is circled

I think I'd be inclined to drill it and put a few good pegs in it.  If that won't do for you, go to your local hardwood store, buy a Teak board and cut it to fit.

Yeah, it might be fixable - for a while at least.  Teak is brutally expensive $40-50 bucks/board foot and that length will expensive if you have to ship it.  A whole new platform can be had for 600-800 USD if you look around.  But you could try contacting Tommy Nation at http://teakworldenterprises.samsbiz.com/ as they are/were eeh OEM for Malibu teak swim grids.

If that piece is split all the way through, and you can separate the two parts,  you can use gorilla glue (and plenty of clamps) to glue it back together.  I took the swim platform of my '01 Sunsetter all the way apart, cleaned up mating surfaces, and glued and screwed it back together.  It's been solid for the last 3 years.  Don't worry about squeeze out of the glue.  Once it's set up a sharp chisel and some sanding will clean it up no problem.  Just wait until it's fully cured (24 hrs).  If you can take that board off of the deck, I'd be inclined to put some stainless screws from the inside (the narrow part of your split) towards the rear.  Countersink them a little and you'll never know they're there.

I contacted them and of course they don’t have my boat template for a swim deck..I found a local place that had it for 35$ per sq ft..so trying that
