Hi guys I own a 2002 Malibu  lx response and just recently we have had a beeping noise occur and our perfect pass has stopped working properly. Any help will be appreciated cheers

Is it the same beep you hear when you turn the key to the run position but don't start the engine?  Most common source of that beeping is a failing oil pressure switch.  That doesn't explain the PerfectPass though.  Could be multiple issues.

Yep, probably a bad ground.  A search will reveal that Perfect Pass units are voltage sensitive.  Under the dash and up high on the starboard gunnel area you'll find a negative buss bar with several black wires attached to it.  Check for any corrosion and bad/loose crimps and repair as necessary and then tighten them up good.
