Constant Noise in all speakers

Regardless if the boat is keyed on, running or in Aux (turned to the left), I am always having a hiss thru my tower speakers and a hi pitch noise thru all my cabin speakers. I have changed out the RCA's and the problem(s) still exist. Grounds are all tight and clean. Any advise or suggestion would be much appreciated. T.I.A.

Stock RF amps to cabins and sub & Wet Sounds amp to the towers...

If I remember from my high school days of hooking amps up in our cars, not just a good and clean ground is important. Doesn't the ground location matter the most? Like what you are grounding to... might be causing your interference?

my first guess is bad gains settings. Buy the  steve meade designs distortion detector used for setting gains. Its only like a 100 bucks and its worth it weight in GOLD>. I posted a detailed discussion on how to properly set gains in a post I made on "new stereo for my 2001 sunsetter LXI" I think it was called. You need to set gains on head unit, then on signal processor, then on amp. Each step in the chain needs to be set. Then, you will be amazed how much noise and distortion is reduced.

i had same problem.  Replaced RCA cords over the winter and that didn't work.  Just noticed a small blue wire attached to a black plastic thing (may be a fuse) and the wire going into the fuse? is what is causing it.  If i move it around, the hissing goes away.  Like the connection is bad.  Trying to figure out what the fuse thing is now so I can replace.

Where is this wire you speak of? What does it feed from or to?

is the hiss only when the boat is on?
