If wakemakes is your source for advice, why not source through them? 

There are a number of below waterline marine sealants that will work, but a permanent one like 5200, is not what I would recommend.

It is on backorder through wake makers, seems to be on backorder everywhere I search. 

 

Edit: ended up just going with the 4200 and ordered online. Not sure why the 4000 uv is out of stock most everywhere. Looks like the 4200 will work just fine.
