Traded my 2009 247 for 2020 a24...Need your advice

We swapped our 2009 247 for a beautiful 2020 a24.  I need some axis owner help.

Has anyone installed a gas shock for the glove box?  What size, location?  I liked the spring loaded opening in the malibu.  Seems like an easy add

Anyone add gatorstep to the picklefork area for entry/exit?  Who sells it?

Getting the sundeck transom panels open is really hard for kids-there isn't any space between the upholstery, you have to wedge your fingers between the seam to get underneath the panel- has anyone sewn in upholstered loops to be able to get them lifted?  Other ideas?

The storage in these axis boats is crazy- I'm a little lost in how to organize the underseat space-has anyone installed dividers to keep things from sloshing around underneath and mixing?  Anyone built trays fit to keep dry stuff dry?  Just imagine water running up and down the floor from back to front...

We miss the hinged seats in the malibu-has anyone figured out a way to install hinges at least on the cooler seat in the a24?

Lest you believe we are unhappy with the boat, it is a surf monster.  With the plug and play ballast no add, the wave is 3x the size of what I was getting with the 247 with piggy back ballast, lead and bodies and so much easier.  Lost the top end speed which was nice getting up and down the lake to our favorite spots but that's ok.

Thanks!

Under seat storage, I have found appropriately sized tubs/bins with lids for most everything I store there. Keeps everything dry and not all shuffled together when looking for something.Think I have about 10 different ones scattered around the storage areas.

We bought the gator step bow section through our dealer and installed myself. Dealer gets a discount that saved me quite a bit vs buying directly from gatorstep. Just make sure color matches as AXIS uses their own soft grip and colors might not match perfectly.
