G4 Bimini help

Just purchased a 2015 vlx with a G4 tower. Previous owner was in process of getting new Bimini. I just received the Bimini and need a hand figuring out how to attach this to the tower. Can anyone tell me what I’m missing?  Looks like I’m short some sort of bracket. All I have is the standard Bimini folding poles, the ball and socket type short pole and then it looks like there’s a black bracket on my tower but I don’t have any way to attach the poles to the Bimini and the black bracket. I’ll try and figure out how to attach a pic. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

What does your bimini frame look like?  Theres no extra pieces hanging on the poles? There’s definitely a bracket of some sorts that holds the bimini frame that mounts to your bracket on the tower.

Yes you are missing the other piece that slides onto the bracket that is on your tower. The bimini frame then slides into that bracket. The frame should be two pieces connected together with a hinge. At that hinge there is a screw on each side that removes to get the two halves apart. You slide it into the part you are missing and reconnect the halves at that hinge point. Send me an email if you want at [email protected] (old boat two boats ago email name) and I can send you some pics.
