2002 Wakesetter Low Fuel Pressure

I have a 2002 Wakesetter 23 Xti with the 325 Monsoon.  It will start and run on starter fluid till it burns off.  Replaced fuel filter and electric fuel pump.  It still will not start/run on gas.  Gauge hooked up to test port on fuel injector rail only shows 12-15 psi.  Suggestions please?!!!

Possibly the fuel regulator, fuel line, or tank pick-up. Maybe use a gas can with a short fuel line as a temporary test. If it pressurizes you know its between the tank and pump. Keep a fire extinguisher close by.

Do you have the anti siphon valve or fuel cut off valve at the tank? 

Your fuel pump is either not getting Fuel Or the fuel pump is suspect for low pressure 

Fuel Pressure Regulator is suspect when you have high pressure

if yours is like mine there is a fuel filter also in the trunk - you have to take a panel off to get to it - I'm not sure what year they started that.    

mine also has a anti-siphon valve on tank - that could be gummed up.  I just did mine last month and you are welcome to my old one to troubleshoot as i don't think mine was actually bad.
