PTM Clamping racks not working

Anyone else had issue with these? Mine stopped working yesterday and i cant figure out how to get them clamping again. Anyone had the same issues? I am still under warranty so i will contact the dealer at some point but a neighbor had his go out last summer so i kinda knew it was coming. I actually tried to get the dealer to take them off when we were negotiating price and they mentioned how expense they were, i told them to swap out bungy racks but they wouldn't do it.

Please post a photo or two of the locking mechanism.

Contact ptm they stand behind their stuff they'll likely replace for free
