Adhesive for trailer non-skid

Philip

Recommended Posts

One of the non-skid panels on the fender of our Boatmate trailer peeled up and was flapping in the wind while driving. I pulled it off and cleaned the old adhesive. Does any body know what kind of adhesive I should use to reinstall this?

3m Super Black Weatherstrip Adhesive you can get it at any auto parts store.  FYI this stuff is super strong, use it only if you never plan on removing it.

Nice - I actually had the same issues with one of my EVA foam pieces I installed on my trailer step.  I didn't do enough prep work in one spot and the piece is flapping as well - $2.64 shipped for a tube from Amazon should do the trick...quicker/easier than re-prepping the area and cutting a new piece.
