Trailer Brake Solenoid Wiring

Anyone know what the  2 wires coming off the solenoid are?  I'm replacing the entire UFP A-60 slide member on my trailer, and my solenoid only has 1 wire coming off of it, and of course the instructions don't include a wiring diagram.  I'm assuming the white one may be a ground, but I would rather be sure before I connect it to something it shouldn't be connected to.

I have seen some actuators with a white ground wire spliced from the trailer harness plug that connected to the reverse solenoid valve using an small eyelet on the wire and a short 10-32 or similar screw that goes into one of the two threaded holes on the very bottom of the valve to provide a ground to the valve.  The blue wire should be molded directly into the solenoid.
