Morse Semi digital throttle

I have an 06' V-Ride, same hull as 2004 and older VLX. I'm trying to replace the Morse shifter assembly. I can find the ones with both  transmission and throttle cables but I can't find a semi digital? The one that's currently on has a throttle cable and an electric plug for the trans. Can't find a direct link to Morse. Local dealer saw it and said they couldn't locate a part number for it?

It's opposite, throttle is electronic, transmission is cable.

My control was broken at the ball threads the only way to get just the lever was to order an mv3 and switch out the arm. (The mechanical action did sell well on ebay though).

 

Skidim has the throttle position sensor guts though.
