I have a 86 Malibu Sunsetter I’m looking to upgrade from the current straight edge windshield to a newer curved one. Any suggestion of other boats I could Hey one off of or directions to look in ?

If you are going to attempt it, source it from something cheap and plentiful  Start measuring Bayliner 175/185/195 and see if you can find something the width works on.  Taylor made the windshield on the last one I had, they are awfully similar in construction to a more modern Malibu windshield.
