Hi all,

New user here, hoping to join the Malibu Crew.  I have an opportunity to buy either a 2013 23 LSV or a 2014 VLX, almost the same price, the LSV has a few more options (underwater lights, dual tower speakers).  They both look in very good condition.  I'm primarily interested in surfing.  I don't need the extra room as my crew is usually pretty small (3-7 people).  Which boat would surf better?  I don't mind upgrading ballast bags or adding some lead but I do want some storage.  Thanks in advance for your knowledge!
