Speedo with NL2 gps upgrade not working

Hello,

I've owned my 2002 Response lx for a little over a year now. When I bought the boat I upgraded the speedo to the Nautic Laugic NL2 system. It bypasses the pitot tubes and uses a gps for speed. I've had the tubes disconnected for over a year. This past weekend my speedo stopped working all together. Does anyone have troubleshooting ideas for me? The speedo does not move at all. It normally chatters when the key is turned on. All other gauges are working perfectly. Could it be possible that the gauge just went bad? Anyone selling a working 5 inch medallion speedo?

If anyone has ideas, I'm open to suggestions. I emailed the company who makes the NL2, and he believes that system is functioning correctly based on the indicators in the system. He offered to test my NL2 system if I ship it back.
