Adding tower anchor light

Im wondering if anyone has added an anchor light to the illusion x tower. My boat is 05 and does not have it. I think it would be pretty straight forward, drill and tap a hole and then run wiring. Will have to have the bimini hemmed after cutting a small hole.

I modified one to fit in the pylon.   I wanted to make a permanent one but the machining work wasn’t really worth the time.    I managed to use the original wires from the stern and rout them up the tower.   Covered the stern mount with a GoPro mount.

You have a Skylon Swoop, not an Illusion tower (very different).  How do you use the tow point with it there?  You also know you can run wires through the Skylon tower, right?  I added a light to my Skylon probably 9 years ago; cheap Attwood and it has worked perfectly:
