Wakesetter Engine out

Really need some help guys!

2010' Wakesetter with the 8.1L Indmar. Screen & Engine quits. Has been happening for about 6 years, but always restarted so didn't worry to much, but last two years after it quits it's 50/50 whether it'll restart. If it doesn't restart it's done for the day. Next day always restarts.

Started timing the fails this year, engine and screen shut off EXACTLY every 60 minutes. Have replaced the kill switch, tried a new keyed ignition switch, new ECM, new 40 AMP fuse. Had the boat fail while at a dealer, and doesn't throw any codes. They checked all the grounds. The engine will stop under all configurations, surfing, full out, idle, doesn't seem to matter. I've had fuel pressure gauges installed while it quit, not even a flicker prior to quitting. Assumed that it might be a heat issue, but have pretty much ruled that out now too.

Right now we are leaning to a computer screen problem, as it fails at such an exact time every 60 minutes. 

Anyone else have anything similar where screen always shuts off, along with the engine?
