Boat is a 2007 LXi with 1300 hours, and a monsoon 340

I am getting the horrible :OxyB1Rich SPN65563

 

 

Things that I have done so far and observations:

1) replaced distributor cap and rotor

2) replaced spark plugs and wires

3) replaced fuel pressure regulator and filter

switched sensors, and the error moved from bank2 to bank1 ( SPN65561 ), replaced that one faulty sensor, error moved back to bank2

so I replaced the second O2 sensor , worked fine for about 4 hours, and then got the service required display AGAIN.

Any ideas what should I look at next
