Welp, time for a new board

I was doing a trick high up on the wave and slid out. Board went down the wave and I WWE style leg dropped it and that was the end.  Also hit the fin with my foot so had to juggle getting boat on trailer and kids off the boat without getting blood everywhere.  Not exactly the best day surfing.

Working on getting a new board luckily next competition is not till October.  Might be going soulcraft if available.   Might even get two so the wife and I don't have to share anymore.

Broke her back.  No way to treat your best mule.  I sure hope you can get used to your new board before the next competition.

The fins are sharp, cut the seat right out of my wife's board shorts and left quite the mark.

Well this happened....

 

I would have been happy with anything they way stock was limited but super stoked for these. I am thinking the secret weapon for me and the AV for my wife but we are each going to get some reps on both and see what we think.
