Question about where propeller shaft connects to back of transmission

2002 Malibu Sunsetter. Where the propeller shaft connects to back of transmission. All bolts are there on the coupling it looks there is a missing screw. I am not sure any info would be great

You probably want Grade 5 or maybe 8 for coupler bolts.  If you can find them in chromate (yellow) finish, that would be best.  A farm center might be a good place to shop for them if your hardware store is poorly stocked.
