Do you know the AC Delco part number for the ignition control module - just in case I need to go this route. Do you also think the ignition coil can be the problem? I am literally at a loss and just throwing s*** at the wall. I know that's a terrible way to do this...

Any box store will have the module listed under 1999 suburban 350. 

Yes, the coil could be bad.  That should definitely show on your timing light, though, as weak or missing flashes. 

If you change the module, make sure to use thermal grease under it.  They are temperature sensitive and live in a very closed-up place with no air flow.
