2019 22 LSV Alarm staying on

I recently bought a used 2019 22' LSV with 20 hrs on it. The boat was originally purchased in March then 3 days later Covid19 changed the owners plans. I got a good deal on basically a new boat. Now the boat runs and drives great. I have 50 hrs on it now and 3 weeks ago after the cruise engaged while surfing the alarm (sound) when off as normal. Unfortunately, instead of the audible "BEEP" it was constant and would not stop. I looked at everything, oil, fuel, depth, temp and system engines codes. Everything seemed to be working as normal. I had no notifications on the Malview system. I finally found the item making the noise and unplugged one of the leads to stop the noise. We decided to call it a day. The very next weekend I plugged the lead wire back in and it did not come on. We used the boat for about half the day and it did it again only it started with the noise when I was slowed down to turnaround to go get a fallen surfer.

I know that its under warranty and I can let them deal with it. However, they are 3 weeks out on service and because Texas Malibu and Waterski America apparently hate each other I am not sure I am getting the best service yet. Bought the boat from individual in Austin area and Texas did the transfer and Waterski wont service it until the warranty is fully transferred into my name. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I unplugged the "Continuous Tone" 5-30Vdc/18396. 

Its from challenge electronics

I see.  You unplugged the alarm itself.

Which engine does the boat have?

Have you went into the system page and looked to see what the codes are?

No codes at all. Everything is working. While having the "Alarm" unplugged I still get screen notifications you just cant here it.

It has the Monsoon PCM 410 motor.

I think there was a thread on similar issues last year (so might have been 2019 models) and the fix was a software update.  I'd check with your dealer.
