Water pump fly wheel came off today on the water

New water pump comes with flange pressed on. Just had to unbolt the pully and attach to the new pump. Pretty easy to install.

I wonder if this will become a problem in boats with this pump. It seems like the way it is designed it will eventually work itself loose.

Shouldn't be an issue design wise, but could be a mfg issue.  Perfectly normal way to attach a pulley flange to a pump.
