Shower Install Help - 2018 23LSV with Raptor 450

I purchased a heatercraft shower from Bakes for my 2018 23LSV with the Raptor 450.  Does anyone have an experience installing one of these on a newer closed cooled bu?  I did a few different google searches and could not find anything where someone has installed one in a newer boat.  I even checked on Wakegarage.com.  The kit itself didn't come with any instructions, and i'm not sure exactly where to start.   Thanks!

I assume you have a partial closed cooled Raptor? My engine is a PCM, partial closed cooling.... I tapped my hot water into one of the exhaust manifold drains. I didnt do a full kit tho with a pump, cold water and mixing valve, mine was more done to be able to dump hot water on our wetsuits to warm them up for 2nd/3rd runs in colder weather since 2nd time in is always the worst. So I only did the line for hot water direct from the exhaust. I didnt find a lot of into for the newer closed cooled engines either.

Any more details on how you did it (pics, parts, etc.)?  My LS1 is partial closed cooling and I would like to do this for the exact same reason.

I cant post pics on here but if you PM me your mobile, happy to text you pictures. I basically just removed the 3/4" factory plug to the lower exhaust manifold drain and used brass fittings to install an in-line shut-off, then reduced the size to 1/2" and ended it with a 3/8" male nipple. I then hose clamped a 3/8" ID hose onto the nipple and put another shutoff on the end to act as the "shower head". Once the boat is warmed up and running.... I can just open the shutoff and get hot water from the exhaust riser to dump on wetsuit, etc. Super simple but effective for what I wanted without spending a ton of money on pump and all the other parts to "do it right". I dont get heavy water flow due to no pump that but its enough for my goal.

I think I get the idea.  You can share with everyone by simply using a free image hosting site.  I use this one; simply upload your pics (which I do from mobile as well), and it gives you the embedded links to post pics:  https://imgbb.com/

Lets see if these links work. I tried this 2 different ways... ended up not using the shower want since without a pump, not enough pressure to make the want work properly, was more efficient to just use the 3/8" hose with the 2nd shut-off valve on the end so it could easily be controlled by the user. This Fall/Winter I will get too really test this out since by the time I had the time to finish this early this year, the water wasnt cold enough to test it while wearing a wetsuit. Worked pretty good tho during testing phases

Also posted a picture of the brass fittings I used from the exhaust drain

Oh yea.... I had initially tried to come out of another drain (you can still see the brass fittings in some of the pics, my thinking was that the higher up I could have the drain the better pressure I would have. The water did not get hot enough tho at the upper drain and why I switched to the drain at the bottom of the exhaust. Hope this helps some, was really difficult for me to find any existing info on partial closed cooled engines on where to best hook up so it was a trial/error thing for me.
