Bolt pattern for 2002 Tandem Extreme Trailer

Looking to put different wheels on my trailer, just wanted to verify what the stock trailer wheel size / bolt pattern is. 

Is it 16x7  5x4.5"?

Seems unlikely that the stock wheels are 16" or 7" wide, but the bolt pattern is right.

The standard wheel on an Extreme Trailer back then was a 14" that looked like this.

I have a 2001 extreme trailer that had those same wheels.  5x14.5 bolt pattern.  I believe 6-7" wide.  I swapped them out with 15x7 liquid metal wheels from discount tire with 205/75/14s and they fit nicely under the fenders.

Just measured the old wheels sitting in my garage. They are definitely 14x7.

Okay, so 5 x 4.5" for the bolt pattern. I wanted to get some methods to match my truck wheels. I know they make some trailer wheels, wanted to find something where I didn't have to buy new tires since mine are only a few months old.

No I don't. They were known as Tail Gunner wheels, if that helps you search.
