Air Induction alarm

I have lsv23 wakesetter 2014 Indmar monsoon 350. Engine turns over strong but won’t start. There is a high pitched faint alarm that starts when I turn the key to engage electronics , blower and spin up fuel pump. It coincides with a click I hear from the engine air intake butterfly looking valve. I took off the air filter and can see the valve move. I could be wrong but I am associating this alarm-like sound coming from this immediate area and the alarm starts and stops (11 seconds duration) with the slight movement of the valve up in the cylinder. Could this be an alarm indicating there is a problem with the air intake?

More likely to be the oil pressure alarm that goes off when you turn on the ignition but the engine is not running.

@Bozboat thanks for input . Is that oil pressure alarm sound available on the internet somewhere so I can hear it and confirm? Or is there a better description of that alarm in an electronic manual or doc I can get my hands on?

The boat would turnover but not start. I replaced the ignition coil for $27 and that fixed the problem. Mechanic told me to look at the spark plug spark. It was weak. This lead me to try the coil.
