1990 Malibu sunsetter

I recently just purchased a mint condition 115 hour Malibu sunsetter. Needing some help and input adding audio to the boat. Looking for pros and cons and do’s and dont’s . Seeing a could different layouts with the faceplate mounted right under the steering wheel and liked that layout. Thank you for any help.

Very unusual to have that few hours on a 1990 boat.  Pics?   If you can fit it, the Fusion stereos are great.
