Anchor light and 12v outlets on with key off

Dealer replaced something that was supposed to fix this but when I remove the key the anchor light and 12volt outlets are stay on.  The anchor (clear light top of tower) light comes on when battery is turned on.   Seems to me something is wired wrong but I am not to familiar with boat wiring. 

Any thoughts on a cause? Boat is a 2018 T22

I have seen problems with the anchor light on 2017 and newer Axis boats that were caused by a faulty info center display or power module.  I'm pretty sure the 12 volt accessory outlets should have power when ever the battery switch is on regardless of the key position.

Seems like anchor light should be able to stay on with key off too, except that the switch is probably in a screen.   When you turn boat on is anchor light set to on?  If so turn off .
