Fuse Block On Engine

Recommended Posts

Purchased a 2012 Wakesetter from an individual this summer. Boat started great and ran great until it became hot. Found that my fuse block that harnesses the three relays and six fuses was cracked. The relay that controls the fuel pump would barely stay in place once everything heated up and expanded.

I’m working with Bakes currently and they found the fuse block but to my surprise it has all of the wiring to the entire engine attached.
Does anyone have any ideas for a work around or how long it would take to have a new block and harness installed?

I would be very hesitant to change the entire harness just to get a fuse to stay in place.  Fuse holders are common sizes, and the contacts are common parts.  I would push out the sockets and either recrimp them or replace them.
