12" Viper ll screen blackout

I have a 2018 21VLX that the 12" touchscreen goes completely black. Not all the time, but really painful when it does. Have checked all connections to make sure they're good. Has anybody else experienced this situation? Any thoughts to remedy this? Thanx

Dang, that's tough. Only 30 hours on the boat. Glad it's still under warranty....

If all the connections are good at the screens, check all battery connections. At the batteries, the actual battery connects and at the battery switch. I’d also check all the grounds you can find. These screens are very sensitive to proper constant voltage.
