2002 Wakesetter interior panel

I bought  2002 wakesetter and it has a panel I don't know where it goes.  Anyone?? Does it go under dash of Driver?

It goes onto the top of the ballast bag in the center locker on the floor.

Thanks I have the same panel that came with my 03 and never knew where it went. Now that you say it I assume it is to keep the hatch from pushing open when the bag is filled.

Wish I had known that for the past 3 years
