Prop

The prop is correct if it allows the engine to hit roughly 5,000 RPM wide open with your normal boat load of stuff.  If you surf, that might be 8 people and full ballast.  Whatever "normal" boating means to you.

Depends on the boat, engine, and use case. More details would help.

It has monsoon 350 5.7

we just bought it from California and we Want to just Cruze for now. We want to try surfing soon we are new at this. I have not put it in water yet. Elevation I bought it at  is 300ft. I’m at 4500 ft.

Wakemakers is usually a good place to start.  According to their prop finder, you should be looking at a 2419 if you're planning to load up heavy to surf.  If just cruising around, 2247 might be fine.  What's on it now?  https://www.wakemakers.com/malibu-wakeboard-boat-propellers

Acme says 1615 for cruising, but agrees with Wakemakers on the 2419 if you're loading heavy.

That 2079 might be fine for your elevation.  2419 is the same pitch only 1/2" larger diameter.  That does make a difference, but unless you're planning to load up to the absolute max, might not be big enough difference to warrant the change.  I'd try what's on there first.
