05 lsv 23 ecu flashes no gauges engine runs

Ok the run down. I just purchased this boat 2 weeks ago NOT RUNNING. The P.O. had it at the boat dealer and they said the ecm was fried. I bought the boat and brought it home while waiting on an ecm. I upgraded the 2 gauge wire to 2/0, 2 new interstate batteries, clean all ground connections, unplugged all connectors to check for corrosion, etc. Everything I could think of before installing the new ecm. Got it in yesterday and installed last night. Engine fired right up, let it idle and monitored gauges, all good. This morning started it again before going to the lake. Engine started, but gauges not working except fuel it reads full and the speedo flashes ecu. I do hear the gauge module buzz and The gauges do flutter after key up but that’s all. Went through all my connections and everything checks ok as far as tight and secure connections. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Check the cannon plug like I mentioned in the other thread.
