Hey crew,

I have taken a couple year hiatus from the Malibu Crew but I am back with a question for those with insight to the Malibu Skier. My family has an 85' Skier that is in dire need of a new cover. I reached out to Cory with Evolution Covers and he said he has a template for an 87'. Everything I have seen online shows that the 85' and 87' Skier have identical dimensions and size. Can anyone else confirm Cory's cover template for the 87' will work with our 85'?

Yes, same boat as far as a cover is concerned.  Differences back then, Malibu was refining the hulls (strake placement and shape) to hone the ski wake and to minimize side spray.  I still have the original design kit for my '87 Malibu...much simpler times back then.
