98 Sunsetter Sat for 2 years..many years since oil change..any reason not to use product like Motor Flush on oil change? And does this boat have a flush line and which side of engine should I search under if it does?

I would just warm it up well and change the oil, and monitor the oil color for a bit to see if it darkens quickly.  It might take a couple oil changes to get all the old oil out.

Agreed.  Run the motor, drop the oil via the drain line through the keel plug, put fresh oil in and change it at 25 hours.

That motor flush stuff is fine but not necessary unless you have sludge build up.   Bobtheoilguy forums have tested it and it's mostly ATF.  Fresh oil will do some cleaning and if you do early interval changes a few times you should be set.
