trailer (front) step mod

I recall seeing that someone started manufacturing / selling a step attachment that bolted onto the winch mounting bolts.   looks similar to the OEM upgrade but is a bolt on version.

I have searched extensively for this without success.  If anyone knows the maker / manufacturer please let me know.  Thanks in advance.

I believe I recently heard that he stopped making them since not enough sold.

It is something you can DIY if you are handy. Make a cardboard template of exactly what you need and have a welder put it together for you. Myself and 2 other buddies went in together on this, I bought all the steel materials we needed to make 3 of them, another friend welded them all up and the 3rd friend had the decking that we were able to cut the needed pads out of for the step. They turned out beautiful and no welding to trailer.... you mount the step plate behind the winch using the 2 existing thru-bolts.

Then use the new backing plate on step to properly screw your Fulton winch at the corners instead of just in the middle so the winch don't fold up on itself!image.thumb.png.5ab9eded997ea4f394cef35c8aa63082.png
