2019 Exis fat sacs fills very slowly

My 2019 has factory installed fat sacs.  The Port side fills in 6 minutes, the Starboard side in about 20.  The lines do not appear kinked, have installed a new pump. but the problem persists.  Where is the check value located in this boat, and how do you view to see if it is all the way open?  Both sides drain at approximately the same time.

do you know if your lines have a check valve on them. some dealers installed spring loaded one way valves to prevent phantom draining and filing. They look like pvc tube and have a spring inside, they will drastically slow the fills time. The T valve at the through hull are located in your bilge man hole. youll see the pumps they are right there between the pump and the bottom of hte boats brass fitting. The check valvescould be anywhere. The rear pumps are by the transmission, so youll have to slide the seat fwd and remove the floor bump.
