MaliView Preset How To , New Preset

So I have found how to add a NEW preset. It's relatively simple but stupid. Malibu should send out a How To Fact to owners, but that's not going to happen. It's something that is not in the manual. It's something that when I called Malibu customer support, even they could not answer it, and I could not find a clear answer in this forum.

So here is the way to do it.

Easy way to ADD a New PRESET.

Go to "Cruise"

on the bottom left of the screen, you will see a gray Save New Preset. Push the corresponding soft key adjacent to that. Now you will have a "New Preset" option on the right side of the screen. Push the soft key adjacent to that.

You have now started a new preset. Push the  down arrow to sect the name option. Push the down or up arrow to select Alpha/numeric choices.  Between A and #1 there is a blank. select on/off to save the character you want. Next letter pops up. You have to go through the entire string either selection an letter or number or blank choice. When you get to the end, you'll move on to other options. Pictures, speed, ballast, wedge.  On/Off confirms your choices. When done, push the soft key adjacent to the SAVE button.
