I have a 2017 23 LSV, I've had issues with the Wedge and Gate Actuators. Boat is under warranty but Malibu will not repair because mice chewed the insulation on the wire going to the actuator motor. I removed and disassembled one of the actuators the other day and found the motor was full of water. The points were completely corroded. Don't think mice chewing the insulation is the problem, seems like the O-ring or seal where the wire goes in is leaking. 

Has anyone experienced this issue?
