Loose Windshield on 2007 VTX

On the lake Saturday and the Port side windshield slid out about a half to 3/4 inch, allowing the hinged center section of windshield to fall below the starboard frame.  I've never had this happen and I dont know where the screws are even located to tighten this up.  I can slide the port side back and forth right now.  How do I get to the screws to cinch this down?

If you can't see screw heads from the outside of the frame, you probably have T-bolts in a hidden channel.  If that is the case, you should find nuts underneath the fiberglass.  It won't be fun reaching up in there to get to some of them.
